This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data by Evermont Capital sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the National Court Register (KRS), (hereinafter: the "Controller").

Our website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This service collects anonymous statistical data about how visitors use the site (e.g. number of visits, session duration, referring pages) via cookies.

Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. 4. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

The website may in the future use Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. Until Meta Pixel is activated, no data is transmitted to Meta.
